So who Agrees that the Movie : The Birds were based on Revelation when God will feed the birds from the heavens blasphemous humans?
Directed by Alfred Hitchcock and made its debut 1961. It was based on an attack of poisoned birds in Santa Cruz and took the name from English author Daphne Du Maurier. But I think it has a much more hidden meaning as they have the drunk man in the bar saying: it s the end of the world!!! And quoting bible verses at the middle of the film. The bird do not sow or reap.. Subliminal message here people!

The original story was a sort-of metaphor regarding World War II, and was inspired by the author seeing seagulls flying around a farmer who was working a field. Hitchcock suggested that early on during the writing that the birds would be symbolically punishing wicked things that the townsfolk/humanity at large did, but that was more just to assist in the early drafts of the script.
So no, I don't think it was based on the Bible at all, so much as it was based on various atrocities from throughout history and general themes of wrong/evil/wickedness/sin being punished, which is a very, VERY common device in writing.
