My wrist is bothering me?

Okay so since about 8th grade (13 yrs old) I've had this weird feeling in my wrist that isn't painful it just bothers me. It is my dominant hand. I had an MRI done and had a cortisone shot and was put in a brace and did physical therapy but nothing changed. I get this tickle feeling and have to move it around. Putting a bracelet or hair tie on that wrist bothers me and I have to switch hands. I can't even sometimes have my sleeve pulled over it or it'll bother my wrist. It isn't painful it just feels the butterfly feeling in your stomach but in my wrist and i just have to keep moving it.
