No, getting drunk many times can cause cirrhosis, as everyone is different there is no absolute number of times.

one time would not leads to cirrhosis, but if you are unlucky, it will hurt your liver. some people die after a drunk night. his friends watching him be sending to the hospital and dead hours later. Those friends really had a horrible night and quit drinking.
