Was this a mean thing to say?

Two nights ago I got drunk and when I get drunk I do things that I wouldn't normally have the courage to do when sober. Anyway yesterday morning when I went to college and seen this girl I like, she told me that she'd add me back on Facebook, because I apparently sent her a friends request, she smiled but I pretended that I had no idea what she was talking about and she shown me the notification on her phone but I just replied by telling her that it was a drunken mistake and too just ignore it, but then she blanked me and didn't speak to me since, I haven't seen her today yet.
