Through his word the bible. 2 Timothy 3:16 "16 All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work."

God speaks first through his written word and after you read his written word the Holy Spirit speaks directly to the core of your brain and directs you to go seek the proper people to fulfill God's Will and your need

Many ways, but mostly through His written word.
The latest audible voice was a result of a small painless injury the other day - I was bleeding and it wouldn't stop.
I said out loud "Father, I KNOW you've healed me on the cross - so why am I bleeding?' The though of going to the hospital even crossed my mind.
He said "Child, you are bleeding because you THINK you are bleeding."
My instant response was to stop thinking I was bleeding and the bleeding stopped instantly - at the exact same moment.
If you knew how badly I was bleeding and saw the instant healing, you'd call it a miracle. To me it was just one more amazing day walking with my God. There has never been one boring day since I met Him in 2003.
