dude, what makes you believe you'll be getting sex from your wife? married dudes get the least sex of anyone. but you're right that dudes gain no benefits at all from marriage, and risk losing everything they have in divorce.

Marriage has it's ups and downs but can be a beautiful thing when both parties understand their role. God is the originator of the family arrangement. (Gensis 2:18-24, Ephesians 3:14,15). So it's reasonable to conclude we should look to him for answers for how to be successful in a marriage. (Ephesians 5:21-33).

It is best NOT to wed as long as you think that the "waste of money and time on paying attention to your partner" enters into your mind. No point in getting married at all as long as you feel the way you currently feel.

If all you see are drawbacks, then don't get married. It's not that hard.

If it weren't an overall positive experience, people wouldn't still be doing it (getting married).

Some people (many) enjoy sharing their life with someone. Some don't, and those people would be foolish to marry.
