Do you find it believable that a country with high end satellite technology that can track anyone anywhere would be unable to stop a plane?
from its own airline to crash into its most valuable buildings?

First of all, back in 2001, satellites were NOT used for air traffic control.
Second, satellites CANNOT take control of any aircraft.
Third, satellites do NOT carry aircraft or missiles that can shoot down an aircraft.
What would have been needed to stop such hijacked airliners would be:
Fighters *in the air*, armed with air to air missiles.
The legal authority, coming from the top of the Executive Branch, to shoot down such hijacked aircraft.
Clear knowledge that the hijacked airliners were being used as missiles to be crashed into buildings.
None of those things were available that morning.
You don't have to remain stupid. Do some homework with non right wing conspiracy whacko sites.

As well, there is no equipment on planes to allow someone to external to take over control and make it land. They do not for fear that hackers will do just that and crash the planes into buildings.

We don't know even CIA can hack our accounts.

I'm assuming you are referring to the September 11 attacks. Until these attacks occurred there was no ADIZ (Air Defense Identification Zone) and commercial planes were not tracked. In addition, tracking would have been difficult as the transponders in three of the four planes were turned off.

I'd assume that if that country was tracking said plane and had bombers in the air nearby and could tell somehow that the plane was headed for said building, then there would be no way that plane could hit the building.
However, since the plane wasn't being tracked, and there were no airborne bombers nearby, and they had no way to know that the plane was going to hit the building, then there was really no way to stop it.
