American Express centurion lounge?
As far as having access to the lounge can i enter when i arrive at the airport or just when i am departing or both on arrival and departure as long as i present my ticket and amex platinum card ? Also does amex plan to open more lounges in the USA

You must have a boarding pass (not just a ticket) on a flight leaving that airport the same day.
Amex has not announced any expansion of their Centurion Lounge program. That said, if any place was a candidate, I'd wager on ORD.
