You would report asteroid discoveries to Brian Marsden, except he died in 2010. I don't know who recognizes discoverers now.

You send it to the usual astronomical journals, "Nature" or "Science". It will be checked for mathematical accuracy and logic. Your first draft will likely be rejected with suggestions to make it more clear. If you get through that then it will appear in print and on-line.

Submit a paper to the Astrophysical Journal (after checking their formatting and submission requirements); they will send it to referees for evaluation. To save embarrassment (and time), you might first ask a friend who has a degree in physics or astronomy to take a look.

If it's a genuine one, I'd contact a local university that has astronomy to verify your results.
