Muslims, do you agree with sharia law's death penalty for ex-Muslims?

Muslims are not used to questioning ANYTHING in Islam. With Allah, you are supposed to check in your brain at the mosque.

Is there any Judgement Court in the present world ,even in any Muslim country ,dare to exercise this Shariah Law to declare death sentence or penalty to any Ex-Muslim ,I wonder.

undeniable???? There is no punishment for apostasy in Islam. The death penalty was a policy brought about by the Caliphs because they equated it with sedition. It was also a tool for the corrupt caliphs of the Umayyads and Abbasids to wipe out their opponents including the devout Muslim scholars who's theology and jurisprudence posed a threat to their dynasty.

There is only conditional death sentence for apostasy in an Islamic government. If they became apostate and mind their own business then there is no penalty.

But if they engage in public movement to bring down islam, or to make propaganda, or to coerce others into apostasy, then they can be punished, including the death penalty

Yes I do agree with sharia law's death penalty if those ex Muslims made wrong bad propaganda about Islam and they treat Muslims as their enemies

Sharia law is a law from the hadith (talks) of the Prophet. But not all hadith are autistic. There are a lot of fake hadith. Hadiths are talks told by people who spoke to the Prophet Muhammad and a lot of Hadith were made 100 even 1000 years after the death of the Prophet Muhammad. To make sure a hadith is autistic we need to study the hadith carefully and then decide if its real or not.

Do I agree with sharia law penalty for ex-Muslims? Of course not! What do u think we Muslims are ISIS or something?

Also we need to note that there are many hadith that used to apply at the times of Prophet Muhammad but do not apply today.
