He has literally done nothing worthy of this negative press. It seems like mainstream news feeds are trying to milk out any vague bad story on him they can find.

What is the reason for this? If not a smear campaign, then exactly what is it?

If they were born into a Hindu family they'd be Hindus.

Then pushing the souls he created with eternal torture if they refuse to abide by those ancient desert laws in the most trivial of ways. It doesn't sound very logical or nessecary.

So on the couple of occaisions I felt I would die, I panicked at the idea of my life ending before I could do something really good with it. I prayed to God asking for forgiveness for everything I've done.

I am agnostic, but I probably would address God in my last few words if I had the chance. I'm honest about the fact that the fear of death would make me do this.

What about other atheists and agnostics?

Some of his claims were a little ludicrous. What has logically convinced you that Muhammad was the prophet he said he was?

They want their own state which is an understandable demand, but whenever given autonomy in Gaza Strip or the West Bank, rather than build secular tolerant liberal societies based on core values of freedom and democracy, theocratic authoritarian regimes were established.

How can the Palestinians claim to be fighting for freedom when they don't even incorporate basic freedoms in their own societies?

The same problem presents itself in the rest of the Arab world, and for that matter, the Islamic world. What stops the Palestinians from deciding to emerge into the 21st century by building a more libertarian progressive society with what they have?

Personally I would remove all the deaths, violence, child marriages, child rapes, conquests, tribal honor-driven conflict, bigotry, supremacism, disregard for others, threats of eternal torture and that smack about 72 virgins.

I'd also make Allah more logical so that he tests us in better ways than just giving us the unconvincing Quran and then sending anyone who doesn't believe it to hell. I'm still waiting for it to rain Qurans for a week.

Have I missed anything?

Why would an all knowing, all powerful and all present being, spanning across billions of galaxies, care whether or not you "worship" him 5 times a day?

Why does he even need people to worship him?

I mean proof, with real hard logic. Not a drop of uncertainty. 2+2=4 logic.

We wouldn't want to make illogical leaps of faith like religious people, would we?

Is it political, travel or both?

When asked what evidence or miracles there are to prove Islam Muslims say 'the Quran is the miracle'.

Walking on water is a miracle. Turning a staff into a snake is a miracle. The Quran is just a book and there's no evidence that it wasn't written by man. How is this a miracle?
