Do guys like shy, awkward girls?
Well, I'm afraid that I'm going to be alone for the rest of my life because the only girls that get guys at my highschool are outgoing and not shy. I have social anxiety so I dont know how to talk to people about idle things when there's no topic. I am very awkward and sometimes say weird things, but never on purpose.

Just keep being yourself and you will be okay, shyness is seen by many guys as cute and attractive. Trust me, you are going to be fine, it just takes time and practice, but just be yourself.

When I was a teenager I was in ythe exact same position as you, and yet somehow I have this girl now lightly flirting with me. Anything is possible. I mean I never dreamt I'd get as far as I have (ever)
I'm awkward too and still am (even though I'm in my EARLY 20s). When I first met the girl that I'm talking to in person I couldn't talk properly I was so nervous (backstory: we met on a dating app). This girl got past my flaws and awkwardness. I'm not the most good looking either but she doesn't seem to care (complimenting me for things that I would call my flaws or insecurities).
She's also really hot and extremely intelligent, so a lot of people would be lining up to date her, and yet she's talking to me of all people..l
Basically don't get your hopes down. Anything can happen, im a great example of this
