Smoking tobacco in joints every now and again while doing hardcore sports. Will it damage me too much?
Update:
I will be smoking once every month or so.
I would also like to take coke. Every 2-3 months.
I will be nailing sports, example i want to swim 10-20 miles, or run 200 miles over few days.
Will my body recover from the smoking session? will the smoke damage my lungs too much? can you please provide sources
