Wrist pain and tightening keeps happening to me for some reason. It hasn't happened in a while and now its come back to piss me off?
I can barely work out. I tried doing knuckle pushups and hammer curls. But soon as i got to the 4 and 5 rep with the wrist, it just started tightening up to the point if i go any farther i would be straining it. So basically I lost my grip again. I've did knuckle pushups before to strengthen my wrist up before. But how can I avoid this from happening and completely stop happening?

It sounds like an overuse injury to me...rest, ice, and stretching might be the only way to get any relief.
