How can I lose weight but still treat my self to some of my favorite snacks and junk food.?

I bounce from 115 pounds and 120 pounds all the time. I would like to maintain my weight but I haven't had an Oreo in forever and I'm going nuts. i'm a healthy person, I eat well and I work out a lot, I know I wont blow up over night from eating one snack here and there but how often is to often to treat myself to my favorite snacks like Oreos, takies, dounts and so on?

once a week I have a cheat day. I eat what I like within reason. Pizza or soda or chips or cookies. whatever - I mean. don't eat it all in one day..lol. but choose 1 day of the week - any day, it doesn't matter - and make that your cheat day

Its a reward for being good all week, taking care of yourself. Then, on your day ( mine is Tuesday) because American Horror Story comes on, and I like to vegg in front of the TV and I eat pizza and have soda or ill have cookies and milk or whatever I want. yo udont have to eat the whole pizza..but a few slices and a couple glasses of soda isn't going to hurt a single bit...

Honestly, it depends on you and what works best so it really is trial and error until you find what works for you.

What works for me is having a so called 'cheat' day once a week. I try not to go all out crazy with the calories, but I treat myself to foods which I enjoy and the very next day I make sure I get straight back into dieting!

See what works for you :)

Count calories! There are lots of free apps like MyFitnessPal. That way you can see how much you've eaten in a day and know if you have room for a treat.

If you drink a glass of water with 2 teaspoons of vinegar before your snacks, it will stop you blood sugar spiking, once a week only though.
