Job or Boyfriend?

I'm 26 years old and my bf is 28.

My bf and I have been going out for a year and 3 months, and we want to move in together.

We currently live 2 hours apart...so right now I only see him during the weekend.

And today my boss was talking to me about getting promoted to Manager, and I told him to give me time to think about it.

So if I accept the promotion, I won't be able to move with my bf, and he can not move closer because of his job and they pay him good.

I really love my bf, and we want to live together, and I'm getting older, I wanted to get married and have atleast a kid before I turned 30.

But everyone in my life has told me work is more important then a relationship.

I don't know what to do.

I need some advice.
