Yes, at the 1917 Battle of Cambria. It was the first large-scale use of tanks in battle, over 300 British tanks and 5 British cavalry divisions took part in the battle along with British infantry divisions. The British tanks broke through the German lines on the first day of the battle and advanced about 4 miles into German territory, the cavalry divisions were intended to exploit any breakthroughs but due to inclement weather (heavy mud) and German machine guns, the British cavalry proved ineffective and days later the Germans launched a massive counterattack and regain their lost territory.

Cavalry and tanks were certainly used during the Hundred Days Offensive at the end of WWI, and those battles proved that cavalry and tanks could NOT work together, and that cavalry was no longer useful in modern warfare. There are plenty of links and images online, here's one:
