Can I rescue my fudge?
I made some fudge but I didn't heat it enough so it won't set. However it is delicious- can I put it back in the pan and boil it again? I made it about 8 hours ago.

How about jarring this stuff up and using it as a fudge topping for ice cream? Then start over!

Yes. Use a candy thermometer (I think it's about 240F)

If you mean a recipe where you were supposed to cook it to a certain temperature then yes, you can cook it again. Make sure to start with a very low temperature until it's liquidy, then you can turn up the heat.
