Why is my coworker acting like this?
I caught My co-worker staring at my body from the corner of his eye, he is always asking me personal questions, and about my family, I recently told him I’m looking for another job and he said “no, stay here” but I insisted I am trying to find a better job and he initially seemed to encourage me but then when I said Ive been seeing this guy who’s an employment counsellor he’s like “you’re not really going to bother are you? I mean come on, you can’t do it. You won’t even do well. Stay here. “

If you catch a co-worker doing ANYTHING from the corner of his eye, it is time to stop all inter-action with the fellow. He is already trying to guide you into doing something for HIS benefit. He wants you to stay so he can continue to figure out a way into your heart. He is to be avoided. Don't tell him your plans for making a change. You are just feeding him fuel to keep bothering you. Limit all your conversations with him to just a few words and just a few seconds. You need to break away from him at all cost. Do not tell him ANYTHING about your plans for your future. Just make your moves in the silence of the night. Leave him out of the equation. Good luck and keep going....but always in silence.

He must fancy you but from past experience never tell anyone you are thinking about leaving or the boss will soon find out, meantime tell him you are planning on staying there and wait for him to make the next move but if you dont want this just keep telling him how great your boyfriend is, Good Luck
