Could the human brain be converted to a limpet, where the brain bottom is used as a suction foot?

I don't have the technology worked out yet, but would appreciate helpful advice you have.

Update:

Rick makes an excellent point. This is for when Climate Change causes coastal regions to be wiped out. This would give us a survival mechanism as a species, to be well anchored against any tsunami's or other storms that may come.

    Our brains require too much energy. That's one reason we cook food, to get the extra nutrition.

    Yes, it could be. It would require an Engineering grant of some type though.
