How to move all data from one flash (SD/USB etc) to another?

I've been using a Windows phone for a while now, but they dont have a lot of space in them. Therefore, i got a 16GB micro SD card

Now i have the problem that im starting to fill it up too.

I'm thinking of getting a 32GB microSD card, but i have apps on my old card that i want to keep

Can i move all my information from one card to another?

By all, I mean all. i have apps on my SD card and I don't think they're in the folders. I might be wrong; please correct me if I am

    easiest way is to get a computer adapter plug in the sd card copy everything to the computer then plug in the new one and copy it back to the new cardd
