Spiritually speaking, what does God require for a person to go to Heaven?

Jesus said " You must be born again!" " Seek and you will find, knock and the door will open up to you." We must surrender our heart to the Lord.

1) Hear the Gospel

2) Believe the Gospel

3) Repent of your Sins

4) Confess that Jesus is the son of the Living God

5) Be baptized in water for the remission of sins

Then live a righteous life.

To become perfect (Mat. 5:48) by obeying all of Jesus' sayings long enough so he can face and overcome all of his natural , instinctive negative feelings of guilt , fear , frustration , and sorrow ; So that we don't end up in that place where Jesus said there is weeping , wailing , and gnashing of teeth .
