Is a 40 minute interstate commute too long. Good news is that its agents the traffic. But would anyone concider 40 minutes too long.?

Sometimes I don't even have to drive to work my boss calls me and says your going to LA or your going to chigago. And in that case I have to commute 1 hr and 40 to the airport. But in all honesty I looked there's no other jobs in my local town unless I want to work 40 hour a week..... yah right.

    40 minutes isn't long - lots of people have longer commutes

    You fail to mention how much money you would make, how tough the traffic is or whether there's bad weather in the seasons. Hard to say straight up that 40 minutes is horrible.

    I often spend over an hour each way commuting to job sites, and have had commutes of 5 hours or more. 40 minutes does not seem to be too bad. In some areas that is considered a short commute
