Two days ago I took one baby aspirin and now for days I’m getting red blood dots. One fades then another one comes, I have three right now?

I also been getting lymph nodes like one in my pelvic area then that went down and now I have a lymph node or cyst under my boob, I also always get lymph nodes in my neck

    Sounds like you have several unrelated things going on.

    There is whatever prompted you to take asprin.

    There is minor bleed caused by asprin.

    There is some type of infection influencing lymph nodes.

    There is some type of undiagnosed breast lump that could be manyvthings.

    Suggest you see a doctor and get a diagnosis if any of these things are concerning you.

    All could be quite minor but have a very slight possibility of being related to something serious.

    You don't "get" lymph nodes. Your body has over 500 of them and they're part of your immune system. When you have swollen lymph nodes, that usually indicates that there is some type of infection in your system and the lymph nodes are attempting to fight off the infection. Could be something as simple as an ear infection, or it could be something far more serious up to and including cancer. Best advice anyone can give you would be to see a health care professional immediately.

    Aspirin thins your blood. Best you don't take it as the spots are an indicator that your blood is too thin.
