You should investigate the facts about tissue-match and blood type. Read about how do surgeons handle tissue and organ transfer. There are rules regarding donating an organ to anyone. Unless the donor's tissue match with the sister, one can be required to take medicines to make the organ to be donated compatible.

only if it's a match...what seems to be her issue ? and did you get a 2nd opinion from a different type doctor? you NEED to do that for good reason, you may not think so, but you need that 2nd opinion badly.....and just to really be vigilant, because you need to....
ask nutritionists if they have anything for her condition, just so you know if there is such a thing or not, ask the homeopaths as well, now that is a thorough investigation into the possibilities ......you may doubt the remedies, but you now got something to checkout......see, you need to be your wifes best advocate and sherlock holmes, doing his due diligence and left no stone unturned, ok ?!
