Will I get sick?

I had taken a shower and by the end, noticed that the water was a slightly yellow color. I had heard that there were plumbers working on the pipes but I forgot about it until I saw the yellow water. Now I'm worried because I swallowed some the water! Am I going to be sick?

    Probably not. Sometimes pipe work loosens rust and other sediment. And, you would have to drink a huge amount for it to cause an issue. It isn't infectious or anything weird like that.

    Not likely due to what the plumbers were doing, since they would have shut off the water and warned you. You will be fine.

    But get treatment for that anxiety disorder.
