Can I have 2 Google Drives on the same P.C ?

My google drive is full. Now, if I open another google account can I download another google drive.

    You DO NOT download Google Drive. Google Drive is in the Cloud.

    You can have as many Google Accounts as you want.

    You can download two different browsers, eg. Chrome and Firefox. And use different Google accounts on both of these browsers.
