Weird feeling in left arm vein?

I know that sounds like I'm having a heart attack, but I feel nothing. So about a few days ago I started getting this weird feeling in what it seems like my left arm veins. It's kind of above the pulse. The feeling I get seems like it's coming from the vein that is close to the apical pulse, however, I don't have any concerning symptoms. No pain, no numbness, no warmth. The reason why it's "weird" is because it makes me get the urge to "press it" or "scratch" it from time to time. Kind of like an urge to twitch except it's not a twitch. I just get the feeling to gently rub it.
