No, Russia was not responsible for black lives matter. The movement started organically after the shooting of Michael Brown outside st. Louis. What you may be referring to is the fact that the Russians used some propaganda to try and inflamed racial tensions, including propaganda about black lives matter and police violence against people of color

It really does not matter the reason BLM was created, it is a useless worthless organization that promtoes the death of black people and cops. They are purely evil.

It is absolutely ridiculous to think that the way to lessen the tension between cops and the black community is by angering black people and insulting cops. This aggressive promotion of hatred is truly disgusting.
