Is Jock's Itch symptoms like herpes symptoms?

I'm still a virgin, and I've had these "pimples" down there. They get itchy sometimes when I get erect and, you know, touch. I do plan on a doctor but if I want support on here too.

    You don't have herpes. Most likely, you have pimples or ingrown hairs.

    you don't need too see a doctor for anything as you don't have herpes
