Is it a bad idea to go to sleep now?
So it's 4:30pm and I feel really tired, I usually have a bad sleeping pattern but I'm trying to start going to bed between 10pm and 1am should I try and stay awake for as long as possible or just go to bed (also I can't have a nap)

Wait until 10 pm and then go to sleep, so you can fix your sleep schedule. Drink coffee, go outside or something
