Open minded here is the deal. What should I do?
I am having difficulty accepting religious bigotry and disrespect for my well though out ideas. I think it is time to stop the decisiveness caused by religion. In addition I see religion contributing to wars, killings, and preventing free-speech. I think it is time to stop the decisiveness caused by religion.

The Religion itself doesn't cause violence. Every religion talks about peace, loving each other, helping the poor. But every beginning religion faces persecution and conflict happens. Later, religion is used for power, dominance, but religoin is the excuse.
I'm a Baha'i, a member of the Baha'i Faith. We believe there is only one God, that sent Buddha, Jesus, Moses, etc to humanity, now Baha’u’llah has come.

I see your point to a degree. Here are two things I see. If you are presenting will thought out ideas that contradict God's word it doesn't work that way. Good is incapable of error. If o.k. The other hand you are seeing room for change in the structure of how your church carries out God's word, that can be very relevant. Just know that they doesn't take correction easily if at all. Yes, often differing 'religions' are the cause of great strife, wars, and division. True belief in the person of God unifies, not destroys

You should buy yourself a dictionary. "Decisiveness" means "the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively". I think you mean to say "divisiveness" which means "a tendency to cause disagreement or hostility between people". While certainly there has been a certain amount of that it most certainly is not its main appearance. Religion has started NO wars. In a few cases people have invoked various religion in support of wars, but the cause of them has always been political or economic gain. Except in a few extreme cases it most certainly does not limit free-speech.
