Do he doesn't text me first and when I text him it takes him forever to respond to my messages, but if I text my friends they are quick to respond, also we only video chat on Thursdays because of his busy life and we only had one video chat and during that chat he mentioned how Some one came to his door then I kept hearing his phone go off non stop while we was taking where he ended conversation!

As a male, with your description I would say maybe. If I were you I would investigate a little more. This may sound wrong, but follow him.

Not necessarily i don’t always text my gf first because she works funny hours and I don’t wanna wake her up, and he does seem abit reluctant to want to contact which I would wonder about but it doesn’t mean he’s cheating I’d ask if your worried

None of what you said indicated that he has a side chick. But, if you are feeling like he is keeping something from you, you should confront him about it.
