    Enroll in a post baccalaureate program and do well there then apply for graduate school.

    You don't. You are not graduate school material.

    Many graduate school look only at your GPA for the last 2 years of undergraduate work. If you finished strong, you could still qualify. Check each graduate school's website for their requirements.

    Do well on the GRE..especially the subject test
