Can being raped anally cause permanent damage to the rectum?

Often times when I have to defecate a big quantity, and especially when solid, I could feel as if my rectum is being ripped opened, kind of like the feeling I got every night when I used to get sodomized at age 6.

Furthermore, there s always a load of blood when I wipe. Could it?

    The answer is yes, being anally penetrated with something larger than your opening will cause long-term damaged.

    But what you described can also happen if you are not eating a proper amount of fiber and getting enough water in your diet.

    I was anally raped for two years. As a guy it’s very mentally saddening still. But I don’t have permanent damage from it

    You have Hemmerhoids usually caused by constipation.

    Could be a link to your past, but most of the Western world suffer from them.

    You can get medication from a pharmacy to shrink them.
