What is the fluid inside a scrotum? The stuff the testicles float in?

    Normally there is no fluid inside the scrotum. However, when fluid does accumulate in the scrotum, it is called a Hydrocele, which is a collection of fluid in the scrotum.

    There is no fluid, it's just tissue and empty space where there is no tissue

    Should not be any fluid in the testicle- the testicles and accompanying blood vessels and tubes going to the prostate all are just inside the scrotum which serves as a wrapper, but it is not fluid filled. If you can feel fluid in there then see a urologist.

    Theres no fluid that your teaticles float in. They have a name for it and they have to have it drained
