I have had hope in the coming of Jesus Kingdom since I was a small child I have waited and waited and waited I'm now 57 and I'm still waiting I sure hope that I live long enough to see it but even if I don't live long enough to see it it's still going to happen when it's time for it to happen when Jehovah says its time its time. If you take a look at the Book of Jonah you will see a similarity between Jonah preaching a message of repentance to Nineveh and the organization called Jehovah's Witnesses preaching about the coming of Armageddon in 1975 Jonah's message lead to Nineveh being reprieve from Destruction for 200 years I believe Jehovah relented from destroying the world in 1975 because of the message of the Kingdom being preached by Jehovah's Witnesses

But yes, God is our only hope. But we as God's believers, we have to work to make the world a better place.

Yeah, God's answer to this truth, is found in Revelation 21 V 1: where He already has a plan to restore the earth to His standards as per in the Garden of Eden, before the fall of Adam and Eve and the curse due to Satan's evil towards God's creation--God Always has a BACK Up Plan.
