Every time you share light with the world; it becomes a slightly brighter place. *** I have been a practitioner of Tai Chi since I was 11; and thus learned Taoist philosophy. I always had a belief in G-d, even in my strangest moments; and have been through several faith paths. However, it is what Taoist Tai Chi taught me about the nature of G-d and divine connection that has stayed with me. Also about the complementary balance of opposites, which helps to explain some of the more difficult life questions. Recently, I have made a return to Jewish spirituality. It is different now, as an adult to how it was when I was a child.

Back during my time in Christianity, I went to a pentecostal church where the preacher did this.
I'm not sure what he used that glowed golden, but seriously; are they supposed to be mystical teachers or smoke-and-mirrors illusionists?
I have no problem with Christian mystics who find truth and divine connection; but why such parlour tricks?

I am currently working on a creative project.
When my emotions are up and down, it is very difficult to get stuff written. I've written or brainstormed a bit each day, but not enough; I want to work effectively, and get done..
I am writing both a script and music, both of which need a clear head.
But I also need to continue allowing myself to grieve.
Is there an effective way to grieve, but still have a clear enough head to write?
