Dangers? Lack of motivation and weight gain. Though dont take lack of motivation lightly as its the beginning of the end. Health wise? Lungs problems with heavy use.

Marijuana has many wonderful uses for a great many medical and mental health issues and some recreational value. However, the use of it in the young person has been shown to affect brain development. At 14 years old, unless there is a medical reason, there is no reason a person that young should be using it. I am a firm believer in the use of cannibus for adults who can make adult decisions

The chief danger is that it will unsuit you for survival in a highly competitive culture, and you will end up choosing to get high rather than compete. Certainly most people who ever used weed don't have that problem, but you have probably met some who do. You just can't predict whether you will become one of them, or not.
There are health issues, of course, but someone who gets high instead of learning skills that will enable them to become independent, garner enough wealth to be secure, and perhaps to attract a mate will probably not live long enough for any health problems to manifest themselves, anyway.

Ah I see we have a young one interested in the weed-eating business! 'Weeding out' weeds can be a great summer job! At your age you must be careful though, the weeds themselves won't present much of a problem, except in the occasion of pesticide or other chemical usage, make sure to take proper precautions! Make sure the jobs you take are ok with your parents and that they will know where you are. Don't go into stranger's homes! It would be easy for them to prey on a child like you! Also make sure your prices are sorted out beforehand so you don't get paid too little for a job well done! Make sure you have transportation taking you there and back (bonus points if it's in walking distance!) so you don't end up stranded! Stay safe, the weeding business is a wonderful start for young adults to begin some sort of financial responsibility! Investing in some business cards/pamphlets or a small lawnmower would be advised! It can help prevent dangerous habits, like smoking dank weed!
