Joe Dokes is discovered unconscious on the sidewalk. A passer-by calls for an ambulance. The ambulance services crew determines that Joe needs to go to the hospital to be examined. (Joe is still asleep and cannot be awoken by the EMS crew.) Joe is treated and released. Two weeks later he recieves a bill from the Ambulance Service for services rendered. Is he required to pay the bill?

Of course he is,he had the treatment,without being taken to hospital he may have died, simple answer, yes.

Yes.
A person can't make a contract when they're incapacitated. Except for the necessities a life.
A drunk person can't make a contract. But you can sell them food.
An unconscious patient can't normally make any contracts. But when it comes to life saving, a contract can be established.

Yep. Whoever called EMS acted reasonably. The ambulance crew acted reasonably, appropriately, and for Joe's benefit.

Yes. If you are not in a position to refuse medical attention, then they can choose to give it to you and of course you have to pay for it. or Joe does rather.
