What can be used on a dog to help with removing danda that causes serious allergic reactions that triggers asthma?

A bath usually works for a week or two. If the dog does not scare easily, they can be vaccuumed with a brush attached to a vaccuum sweeper hose.
However. most people don't get exposed to dander directly from the dog. They usually get exposed from dander building up in the carpet or furniture and then getting stirred up when walking around. So, rather than treating the dog, vaccuuming 2x per week with a vaccuum that has a HEPA filter eliminates most of the problem. An air filter/purifier in the bedroom at night makes a huge difference when combined with vaccuuming. If you add together dog bathing, vaccuuming, and the air filter, it should be highly effective unless a person has extreme sensistivity. Eliminating carpeting from the bedroom or other areas is another step that helps.
