how can black mold honestly get rid of in the body if someone was in a infected environment for so long.?

just got out of a highly infected environment that had black mold in it, and i was wondering is there a possibility i can go to a doctor to get antibiotics for it or can the mold cause another bad allergic reaction or infection requiring me to get antibiotics to get it out of my body. i have a very weak immune system and it could barely fight off pneumonia that i had 7 years ago and doctors were able to get me antibiotics to get rid of that at least.

Antibiotics only work on bacteria, not mold.

Antibiotics kill bacteria, black mold is a fungus and its dangers are greatly exaggerated
