God people have over done sex to the point it is their soul motivating force. Men need to step back and think is this all there is to life is to have sex with someone who hates them?

No one can argue that sex doesn't actually exist. Things that are true and demonstrable have more practical value than untestable hypothetical beings.

As for being healthier... As long as one makes good choices -- having fewer partners, choosing low risk partners, using appropriate protection -- there are proven mental and physical benefits to sex.
