There's no law that requires a candidate to concede. Some never do. Buckaroo Roy can get on his horse and ride off into the sunset. Or he can jump into a live volcano. I really couldn't care less.

I'm not sure what he plans to do, but he has no choice. He will have to concede whether he likes it or not.

He will round up some good ol boys and try to take it by force. Then the us military will turn him into a pulp.

Best guess, try to get a recount. The election wasn't close enough to trigger an automatic recount, but I believe there are other ways to recount. They're just very expensive.
