I’m a 14 year old girl I weigh 147 pounds (working on losing weight) and I’m 5’7 how much weight should I lose or should I even lose any?

    at your age just concentrate on living by burning energy through, hanging with friends, playing games/sports and having fun, however if you really want to start getting healthier just change your diet a little but your young and have plenty of time to worry about such things, believe me my gf is 3 times your age and still has concerns about herself i say she is perfect but she informs me all females have hang ups about their bodies and images no matter what their age. Go live !!!
