Yep. Was pushed to go by teachers, EFC was too high so no financial aid but parents couldn't afford to help. Im graduating in a few months with 45k in loans and have to live at home since my monthly loan payment is a months worth of rent.

Me, no.
My daughter graduated in 2015 and before turning 30 already paid off the entire $30K that was left over from her bachelors degree. She merely took a degree that got her a job paying over $70K a year.

Look at the other answers. Student loans can ruin your life. I'm old school, so I didn't have to get one. But, people I meet younger than me do run into problems. If you get one, make sure you use it to get a VALID degree that has been around a long time. Hard sciences, accounting, etc. Modern degrees are crap. And remember, a degree does not guarantee you a job!

No. I'm in the process of working for several years to save up for school so I don't have to borrow a lot.
