The only one I can confirm potential access to for the UK is New Japan via the paid network service "New Japan World".
Outside of that, fans across the pond have quite the growing indie market with places like ICW, Bellatrix Female Wrestling, Progress, ATTACK! Pro, Fight Club Pro, Rev Pro, and countless others. I even hear 5 Star Wrestling is syndicated, and I've seen in the past where quite a few indie darlings from ROH and other places have popped up there, so maybe considering giving something local a shot to fill your indie wrestling needs?
