Do any states have a night driving requirement? If no state does should they. Possibly 20/30 or glasses for night driving?

If the requirement is 10/40 then why get 20/30 glasses? I wasn't aware of the 20/40. I had to retake a driver's test because I had a stroke several months ago and required to take the exam again as a result. Aced it. I've had night vision problems for many years, but no driving test I know of addresses it. I think it should. I also think most driving tests are far too lenient and do not address the most basic necessities of driving.
