Are they classing the stabbings in Ireland as terrorism?

    It has been ruled out as a terror attack, perhaps he was just angry about Ireland's treatment of Muslims (i.e. inviting them in, housing them and giving them social welfare), like the recent so called "non-terror" attack in Australia by an Afghan Muslim, or is mentally ill/drug addled.

    Whatever the reason is, it isn't good and can't be justified. Had he not been in the country, his Japanese victim, Yosuke Sasaki, would still be alive now.

    Not this far, according to the Garda - but in case you didn't know, Ireland's neutral country, not an American vassal state. That's why no attacks on the American empire take place here.
