Let's see...
If you move to one of the five states that don't have a sales tax,
and rent a home so you don't directly pay property tax,
and work illegally so you don't pay social security or income tax...
Then you could probably avoid paying taxes for several years.
Of course, you wouldn't be able to do anything that requires proof of income, so you'll live in crappy apartments and drive a used car. And you wouldn't have medicare when you get old or injured.

If you work for someone, zero. Taxes come out of your paycheck before you ever see it. If you own & run your own business, hard to say. Maybe for 10+ years. And then again, maybe only a year or two. Depends if you set off some alarm bells @ the IRS.

tax AVOIDANCE is actually legal, while tax EVASION is not. If you mean how many years would you not file before you will get into trouble, there is no way to be sure, so best to pay your fair share every year. You WILL be getting a nice increase in take home pay from the new law Trump just passed. Save that money up to pay past due taxes you owe.

Depends on the amount.
If it's six figures or more you'll have agents show up at home and at work.
Any amount should be paid.
